These terms cover playing pista.lol, customising your car, and booking a trackside billboard. Everything on the site is currently free. By using the site you accept these terms.
The game is free to play. You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Pick a name that is not offensive, not impersonating someone else, and not advertising. We may rename or remove accounts that break this, without notice.
Lap times must come from actually driving the game in a normal browser. Do not modify the game, automate driving, or send made-up lap data. Times that fail our checks are rejected, and accounts that repeatedly try are removed.
Every car colour, finish, stripe and underglow is free at the moment, and nothing in the game is for sale. Items are cosmetic: they change how your car looks and give no advantage. If we introduce paid items later, this page will be updated first, and anything you already have stays yours.
A booking places your artwork on one board for one calendar month, on every daily track that month. Boards are free while we are in beta, and are first come, first served.
All artwork is reviewed before it appears. We may reject anything illegal, misleading, sexual, violent, hateful, political, or that promotes gambling, drugs or scams, and anything using trade marks you have no right to use. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything in your artwork, and you accept responsibility for claims arising from it.
We may remove a live board at any time if a complaint or legal issue arises. We do not promise a particular number of views, players or clicks.
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we may change or discontinue features, including tracks, leaderboards and multiplayer.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. As the site is currently provided free of charge, our liability is limited accordingly, and nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
